Luciano K Boutique Hotel

A 38 room boutique hotel, a blend of old character and new design due for soft opening in November 2015.
The building is a historic gem in the heart of Barrio Lastarria originally developed by cult architect Luciano Kulczewski in the 1920’s.
Luciano was quite the character – a very eccentric person who became a legend in the neighborhood. When it was built this was the highest building in Chile, and the first with an elevator and central heating.
